Rowan™ SealPro 360 — Multi-Surface Sealant (310ml)

Brush, scrape and abrade to clean, sound, dry substrate (no dust, oil, loose coatings). Do not wash with water immediately before coating. Moist, porous or weak surfaces must be stabilised; moisture content should be low (stockist guidance suggests ≤ ~10 %).

Apply Lava Prime 20 / Super-Quick Prime as per its TDS. Typical dry time is fast (often ~20–60 min depending on product and conditions). Ensure uniform priming, especially on concrete, screeds, timber and bitumen.

Seal cracks/joints with OWL PU Mastic. Brush a stripe of Lava 20 over details (upstands, internal/external corners, laps, penetrations), bed polyester fabric into the wet coat, then saturate. Overlap 50–100 mm. Let cure as specified (commonly 12–18 h before main coat).

20-year build: 2 coats @ ~1.5 kg/m² each (observe recoat window: 12–18 h, max 48 h) On very porous substrates allow ~3 kg/m² total. Apply by roller/brush/squeegee (or airless), keeping even thickness (avoid dry spots or puddling; don’t exceed ~0.6 mm dry film per layer).

For colour-stable or darker finishes, apply Lava 20 Top Coat (clear or coloured) as directed. Broadcast aggregate into the wet coat where anti-slip is required.

Clean tools with PU/xylene solvent. Product is flammable and contains isocyanates—use PPE, ensure ventilation, no smoking/naked flames; refer to SDS. Professional use only.
