Some products are Roofing Outlaw branded, and some come from trusted suppliers we work with. Either way, the standard is the same: if we wouldn’t be happy using it on a roof ourselves, we don’t want to be selling it.

 

We’re always looking at new products, testing ideas, improving systems, and bringing better options to the trade.

Yes. Our technical team is always here to help. The difference with us is simple: you’re speaking to people who understand roofing. We’re built by roofers, and we employ roofers, so you won’t be passed around by someone reading from a script.

 

If you need help with a product, click the WhatsApp button on one of our product pages and ask to speak to the technical team.

That depends on the job. To give you the right advice, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the roof or detail
  • Measurements
  • Drawings
  • Substrate details
  • Information about the existing roof system
  • What you’re trying to achieve with the job

We ask for this because guessing helps nobody. The better the information we have, the better advice we can give.

We use a range of delivery partners to get orders out as quickly as possible.

 

If you order before 3pm, we’ll do our best to get your parcel dispatched for next day delivery. That said, we always recommend allowing 3–5 working days for your order to arrive.

 

Most orders arrive quickly, but once a parcel leaves us, it is with a third-party courier. At busy times of year, delays can happen depending on the amount of parcels in their network.

Our Click and Collect system lets you order directly from your chosen Roofing Outlaw branch.

 

Once your order is placed, the branch gets notified and starts picking and packing your items. You’ll receive an update when your order is being picked, and another notification when it’s ready to collect.

When your order is ready, you’ll receive a unique one-time passcode, also known as an OTP. Bring that with you to the branch, show it to the team, and they’ll hand over your order. Simple as that.

Once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse team, you’ll receive a unique tracking number.

Known by millions across social media, Geoff has spent over four decades on the tools and is widely recognised as one of the most respected voices in UK roofing.

 

He started as an apprentice, built his reputation through real graft, and became known for saying what a lot of roofers were already thinking. His work ethic, standards, and straight-talking approach are what shaped The Roofing Outlaw into what it is today.
